AA Mayville Realty Inc. is named after Aleena and Ameera Mayville, Tessa’s daughters, and serves as a constant reminder that real estate decisions impact real families.

As a military-connected family, Tessa has personally experienced the challenges of relocating under PCS orders — including working with agents who lacked care, communication, and advocacy during already stressful transitions. Those experiences shaped her belief that while PCS moves may not be a choice, buying and selling a home should never feel overwhelming or unsupported.

 

With a husband proudly serving on active duty with the 82nd Airborne Division, Tessa understands military timelines, uncertainty, and the importance of clear, proactive guidance. Having lived in the Fort Liberty area for over 15 years, she brings both lived experience and deep local knowledge to every transaction.
