AA Mayville Realty Inc. is named after Aleena and Ameera Mayville, our founder’s daughters — Aleena, age 5, and Ameera, age 3 — and serves as a constant reminder that real estate decisions impact real families.

As a military-connected family, we have personally experienced the challenges of relocating under PCS orders, including navigating moves with agents who lacked care, communication, and advocacy during already demanding transitions. Those experiences shaped a core belief: while PCS moves may not be a choice, buying or selling a home should never feel overwhelming or unsupported.

With a husband proudly serving on active duty with the 82nd Airborne Division, military life and relocation are not abstract concepts for us — they are lived experiences. Building stability for a family, especially with young children, requires thoughtful guidance, preparation, and trust.
